  Misleading advertising in regards to amount of included consumables, shipper advertised priority shipping but sent it cheapest method possible. Would not work with this seller again.

  Due to buyers like this I no longer ship to Alaska. Not worth the hassle. I already ate a bunch of money on shipping costs rather than just cancelling the sale. Everything that was shown in the listing was included.

  Poorly packed, slow shipping. I was surprised at the poor condition of the package when it arrived. Packing sucked - there was brown paper in the box, just not well wrapped around the pump allowing it to rattle around loose in the box. In fact plastic tabs were broken off the side of the unit. Luckily they were not needed, a zip-tie to hold the wires down worked fine. Otherwise, the part was exactly as described and worked perfectly.
