It just wasn't what I expected nor did it come with instructions for those of us who don't always know what to do. Lol I figured it out.

The BEST MELATONIN you’ll ever want and need!
It works like no other melatonin does. Been using it for a long time and now others I’ve recommended it to says its been great for them as well.
If your kids don’t sleep well, use a small amount in their milk, juice or whatever. 🙂
