A mistaken buy

Disappointed that on playing this cd I found it to be flawed . One track would not play properly ..very disappointed

This has been a huge disappointment

Having been, initially, thrilled with the stability of this product we are now so so disappointed . Both front wheels have had broken bearings .To replace them was found to be very difficult as the size was not available in Uk so a specialist bearings company did their best in constructing a replacement . Having contacted Ebay and the manufacturer (no help at all) we have a defective rollator about 5 months after purchase and don't know how to get a replacement , Do not buy this product.
