  Shipping using your system has been a total nightmare. The eBay system would not generate more than an envelope sized label for a 65"+ long item. The label eBay provided charged the transaction $7.99. The label I had to buy just now at the Post Office cost me $26.30. What is wrong that the eBay system refused to price a 65" x 25" x 5" oversized item that I reentered the dimensions multiple times as a USPS 12' x 12' Envelope??? HELP.
