Takes ages to enable lamp
When I first installed the unit the room lamp was on continuously with no one present. I switch the circuit off and then switched it on the lamp flickered on and off. I then removed myself from the room with circuit on and lamp on. Came back after a while and room lamp was off. Even being present in the room there was a latency with the lamp switching on. This delay in switching on is too long. I am in the room and I have to wave my arms near the sensor so as to activate it. All rather frustrating.

Quality
The quality of these hinges was not what I expected. Each element of the individual Hing was loose with a lot of lateral movement. They looked as if they were bright metal plated although not magitisable therefore were stainless steel. All in all not very good quality for what I had in mind for a piece of quality Oak furniture.
