Seller was more than helpful in answering questions, and providing extra pictures. I was very nervous about purchasing something overseas, and also the risk of damage during shipment. Shipping was awesome, packaging was awesome, and the speakers were exactly as described and shown.

The Naim DAC-V1 was described as excellent by the vendor, I have examined it. It’s absolutely immaculate, the casing, display and remote are free of marks. It’s in full working order. Well packed in its original box, very quick delivery. I’m so pleased. I would use this vendor again.

The seller badly packaged the stands. The baseplates were just dropped into the box and allowed to rub together. But he took no responsibility. The damage was minor, but if you are purchasing remotely beware. He claimed that there must have been a customs inspection which would have removed the shipping straps around the box. straps were intact. It is clear that the shipper was in a rush and forgot to pad contents. The speakers were packed in original boxes, but internal padding was missing.

our packing is exemplary look at our feedback ! the buyer forgot to tell you he asked the the bases to be removed !!! if we had left them on then no damage would have ocurred
Also we sent them as instructed via EBAY GSP i believe that the journey which was from UK to USA was harsh and why not make a claim against ebay as we have no way of doing so as they use DHL also THREATENING us with negative feedback dosent work
