Yamaha G-30 Workhorse.
These are great inexpensive amps for a lot of applications. They are a loud 30 watts and take pedals very well. Lightweight also. The only need for a powerful solid state amp of this era may be a speaker replacement as they are at least 30 years old now. I recommend the EHX 75 watt speaker at about $45 as a suitable replacement. I own 4 of these amps and have not been disappointed !!!

3 of 3 found this helpful This is hands down the best replacement speaker on the market for the money. A great replacement for Celestians. The only reason to pay more is if you like to stand behind your amp and read the labels on your more expensive choice !!!
