Ineffective
1 of 2 found this helpful I have been taking Vit D for a long time so I know when my body is reacting to it as expected. These don't work very well and I have to take about twice as much as usual to feel the effects.
They are well packaged though and the ingredients in the soft gels are satisfactory. Just make sure that you consume them at the same time as a fatty meal or a tablespoon of olive oil.

Cheap and it does the job
It is very cheap and works for simple jobs but I would not use it where lots of precision is required because the product is not very well finished (e.g. jaws do not line up). You get what you pay for though, and for the price I am satisfied.
