OK, but had defects
Product was well wrapped and had no print qualiity issues. When put into use, it suffered persistent intermittent paper jams printing from tray 3. We recognised this as probably a stickiing solenoid issue, and the problem was solved in this case by swapping the tray 3 assembly for a spare. We did not bother with a returns process in this instance, and the printer was cheap and we had the required spare to hand. Likewise, we were unable to get the jetdirect card to work, but had a spare.
