  Arranged to get it collected, on arrival at mine, it had not been cleaned at all inside , every drawer was smashed & it was a cheaper model not frost free etc. Sent photos to seller who did apologise for smashed drawers but wouldn't negotiate to sort issue out, i offered for her to collect it or replace drawers with some 2nd hand ones online I even said I could try tape 1 drawer up so she only had to replace 2 , or arrange courier collection. She declined so I went to ebay who got me a refund.
