A bit of a disappointment
The box damage was minimal. The iron is a good weight and it t heats up quickly. Due to the feature of ironing at a lower temperature there are no worries about sorting the ironing into different fabrics. However It does need filling up with water very quickly and It takes me longer to iron shirts and doesnt seem to give a crisp finish; sadly the iron doesn't iron to the same high standardl that I would have expected given the iron's description and comparing it to my old Phillips Azur steam iron ( which was over 25 years old) that has just stopped working. Although the heat feature re different materials is a good idea however in my opinion the heat isn't enough to give a good finish on cotton and polyester type fabrics despite the extra steam (I have not used it on linen fabric) Therefore I prefer a standard multi temperature iron
