Unusable
The first time I used this hosepipe, it kinked multiple times and they won’t come out. I tried hard to coil it up to get the kinks out but they wouldn’t. Don’t waste your money.

Very good product
I wouldn’t say this is better than I expected as I my expectations were high for this brand. I am pleased with this product. It looks good, is well equipped with shelves and trays and works efficiently. I bought it as a graded product so I knew there was an issue but the cosmetic damage was slightly worse than I expected. However, virtually all of it was out of sight so I felt I could live with it. So just beware regarding the description. For the price, very pleased.

Not universal
I have several different kind of taps in my house and it didn’t fit any so not very universal. As far as I can see it only fits one style. Don’t buy it.
