Quality product from a reliable seller

Yummy, Time-saving Recipes for Paleo People
If you follow a Paleo diet, this book is full of winning recipes with not too exotic ingredients. I've owned a copy for years and have never made a bad meal from any of these recipes. I recently bought a copy here on eBay for a friend who lives in an area where a number of the ingredients are not available. If you are online, the answer is to order from Vitacost, using their discounts and even better, going to RetailMeNot first to get discounts and rebates on everything you order. I've bought other Paleo cookbooks, but this one is my favorite both for taste, ease of preparation and availability (at least in my area) of ingredients that I use and that don't just sit in my fridge once they are opened.

This Sharpener is a Keeper!
I bought this sharpener because my knives were always getting dull. A friend would come over occasionally and sharpen them with a pocket tool he had, but I wanted something safe, easy to use and better than the traditional whetstone. This device fits the bill. It fits in the drawer next to my cutting board and offers a safe way to sharpen knives with its safety handle and clear instructions.
