Great for making sourdough and brines
Thank you, it's very active after a few feedings. And performs very well with multiple types of flours like: Spelt, Rye, Einkorn and Wheat. I have also used it for overnight fermented oats and for brine apples both of which turned out great.

Its ok.
Its ok, its very dark coloured compared to the other powders I have brought. I decided to go with this one because its a bit cheaper. I use it in watercolour paint mostly and it doesn't harden/bind to the pigment well. When making the binder rather then a sandy colour its a dark brown dispite being advertised as the same grade as the prevous brand I used. Higher grade gum Arabic is a lighter colour rather then a darker colour. Better to go with Classikool Gum Arabic.

They truly are shabby.
They truly are shabby. Poor quality, pixelated words and background printed on a4 cheap matt paper. They are not good for use if you sell handmade items, so if that's what you want to use them for look for something else.
