Item listed as NEW but...

Package was clearly opened previously and the camera had fingerprints all over it. There were signs that someone tried to install it previously which, I believe, would categorize it as used. Camera seems to function fine, but only after a “hard reset”. $130 is a good price for a new unit. But I’d expect to pay around $100 or less for something that was used and it’s functionality is questionable.
