DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a 4k@60hz Active Adapter

Didn't work on 4K 60hz

Unit did max 1080P on my hardware. My card is capable of 4K through the HMDI (30hz) and Display Port (60hz), however using this adapter, I was unable to achieve 4K at all. Did my best to ensure it wasn't user error.
