1 of 1 found this helpful great book any information about the condition not know information on nutritional the book of be better if it had other information this book is published in England United Kingdom lacks information alternatives on how to avoid the problem out of the books just speaks about things to do massaging elevation of legs certain exercise you can do the person who wrote the book should have got into more detail about the subject not a bad but over price for a used book $2 what a better better deal then 399 on a used book very small book small letters some photographs improvements can be done on the book original cost of book in the United States is 799 with charge 399 4 used book not a bad book but don't think what I pay for it wasn't good enough

21st Century Encyclopedia of bodybuilding by Robert Kennedy
Another reason to add to my collection books on bodybuilding this book has color pictures lots of information new types of training a little different from other books but well done well put together Robert Kennedy did a wonderful job and put in his book together along with musclemag International this is a must-have book if you can get a hold on it hard to find but once you get it you won't regret it I recommend this book highly give this book a Big Ten get it you won't regret it
