Very good accompanied by reconstructor
This is a fab product to use after using joico reconstructor. I have terribly damaged hair lacking protein in certain patches, but also a lot of strong healthy hair, so after I do the reconstructor, it's important to add moisture back into the hair so you're not getting protein overload on your healthy hair.
After the treatment my hair is very soft and manageable.

Good diffuser
If you're doing the cgm, you've probably had this diffuser suggested to you on various forums (that's why I got it). It is very good and it fits on most dryers due to its rubber inner tube. Mines a babyliss travel size dryer and it fits fine. No complaints about this.

Good for colour and bleach damage
I got this product because I have very bleach damaged parts of my hair where the protein is gone and the hair, when wet is stretchy and mushy like chewing gum, when dry is like brittle straw.
Whilst this product will not cure your hairs condition, it will make it more manageable until you're able to cut out all the damage.
What I found was my hair was drying like frizzy pubes at the ends, this was even when left to dry naturally. After using this, it dries smooth at the ends. Please note though, I only let my hair dry naturally now due to its fragility. I leave it in for a couple of hours even though it only recommends a few minutes. I feel results are better the longer you leave it. I also use the hydrator afterwards which is important because too much keratin and no moisture can result in brittle dry hair, so you could be inadvertently damaging healthy hair whilst trying to fix damaged hair.
After the whole process my hair feels wonderful. I tend to do this every 2 weeks, and wash my hair on average every 3 days.
