Tone up

Hi, I found this product of great quality and price. For the cost of a months gym membership you can use this product for ages and at your own convenience . I am over weight by 7 lbs but aim to loose a stone so I am in the healthy BMI range. So far I have slightly toned up, thighs and stomach and arms. I do regular 10 minutes on the as machine as and when I can. Over the month I have owned it I have managed to increase my daily steps from 9,000 per day to 12,000. My daily aim is 10,000. I am happy if I reach or exceed this at least 3 times a week. The twist on the machine helps with the hips/glutes and the resistant ropes helps to tone the arms. Although I am yet to follow a sensible diet, or I am sure I would loose pounds as well as flab. I suggest watching online routines or make up your own. I mix my daily routine by 30 minutes or more on the machine, not all at once, and at least 30 minutes regular walking outdoors. An hours walk/steps should enable a person to hit 10,000 steps a day that has been recommended but check with your doctors first if unsure. Go with what your body tells you. Do not over exert yourself. The sellers was most helpful, answering all my questions, including if it is suitable for someone with a hip issue. It is low impact. I received the product earlier than I expected, which is great. The only thing is the step counter, it seems that every up/down movement counts as one step, but on my Samsung fitness app on phone shows 2. Anyway, you should notice a change after a month with regular use. I am glad I purchased it for the above mentioned reasons, plus it is compact in size a fits nicely under my sofa and is not too heavy to pick up. I hope this helps. Nina

Excellent product - works pefectly no more ant antics!!!

I use to use ant powder and sprays, but the ants kept coming back. This is the first time I used Ant bait station. I only had to use one and they ants were gone within a day or two. I hope it will work as good if the ants ever come back, especially during the summer when they attack the most. It has been over a month now and we are ant free. I hope this review helps
