new way of life

first I photocopied the healthy lista for kitchen notice board.I stopped using microwave and started using steamer; not much oven cooking here- mostly hob work. All recipes are fast. I stocked up on their ingredients list, BUT adapted my recipes to their way of cooking and guidelines. I havent been to a health food store for anything yet (4 weeks) ,Now am doing some of their recipes, Have moved from ord cooking to diabetic (husband) then vegetarian to now this And love it, When UI stop eating this way ( 3 meals) 2 snacks and half plate veg for lunch and dinner, I get sleepy and lose energy .It 's helping with my depression, great Haven't tried smoothies yet, its good. Hard to do was cutting down on sugar, but am OK now using decaf coffee and tea apart frombreakfast. Lost 6 lbs in about 4 weeks. Soon I will move onto their 3 week diet recipies, though I like same food for breakfast .Fun way of cooking and life. Great book.

Lovely chairs , high table.

Very sturdy set, lovely chair design, well varnished.should last for years. However the table is really too high, though might suit some, and there is no hole for a parasol.perhaps the width of table is too small ,compared to the 2 chairs.had thought of returning it, but will reduce height of table myself. It is a lovely classic set overall.

Easy,lively and fun

Book had great illustration s, not too much info at a time Lively easy to follow. Cousin in Gaelic choir got a start to the language with it. No boing lists .super!
