Fantastic bit of kit
Absolutely can't fault these lights for the money, they're very high quality. They put out a lot of light that covers a fairly wide area and they only sip electric compared to other alternatives, the coverage that these lights provide is good but not as wide as other alternatives however this hasn't effected the growth of either my lettuce or my cabbage.
The setup is as easy as it comes, hang the light where you need it, plug it in and go! I would however like to see a built in timer function in future revisions, I've seen that they do remote controlled lights but I personally find it far too easy to put remotes down and forget where they are so an onboard timer would be fantastic and I don't think it would bring the price up all that much. This is more of a quality of life thing than anything else but it would've been a nice extra touch to an already fantastic product.
The fans are somewhat noisy but given the heat they are dispersing it's understandable, with that said they are very effective and I've never been concerned about how hot the unit has gotten.
If you're looking at these and wondering if you should bite the bullet I absolutely recommend that you do, I have completely replaced my other lights with these and so far haven't at all looked back.
