book is OKI
I bought this to learn more about Cernit. The book is about 10 years old, but I think the info is still relevent. good book for geninners. Some of the pics are B+W. Book is OK.

Wonderful informative book on the history of German Dolls.
I bought this book because I am interested in learning more about the history of German dolls. I am slowly working my way through this wonderful book, page by page. It is very informative and the pictures of the dolls are terrific. I am so glad I bought this book! It is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Not much technique or instruction.
1 of 1 found this helpful Just a lot of pretty pictures. No "how to" or guidance on how DeMengs art was made. Lots of great eye candy pictures of his work and his thoughts. But if you are looking for a how to book, this is not the book.
