Heavy and nicely made

The stove is small (perfect for my needs) and very heavy - which is good; it should get up to temperature then radiate heat for a long time - and it seems very nicely built. I haven't tried it yet so don't know about performance. Comes with a cast iron handle for the ash tray and a heat-resistant gauntlet. Doors and vents all seem to operate well. Easy to swap from back flue vent to top. Based on what I've seen so far, I'd recommend this tiny little wood stove.

Lots of bits and a left thread winder, but...

There isn't a bit to wind back a Ford Focus piston - the reason for my buying it.

Seems to be as good as mats that cost 10 times as much!

Good product, seems to be at least as good as mats that cost up to 10 times as much. I drilled and riveted an earthing point (ESD) to mine - it works great as an anti-static mat for electrics and computer upgrades/repairs. It also gets used for model making and cutting paper and card with a scalpel. Don't be put off by the fact it comes rolled up - leave it overnight and it will flatten out, or heat it gently with a hairdrier if you can't wait.
