I ordered a Giggle mattress, I received a rain cover. Complained and was sent a mattress that did not fit the giggle carrycot as advertised. I was asked to send pictures as evidence of this, which I did. Seller refused to arrange a collection for the return. I’m not willing to pay for printing or fuel to drive miles to a post office. I’m disabled. I’ve had to involve EBay to resolve this. Avoid this seller as they are incompetence and will cost you, your time and money for their mistakes.
