Tyre pen (terrible)

Ordered these pens for a set of BF GOODRICH tyres on my truck. Done around 2000 miles on my new tyres as recommended before painting them (something I was reading online regarding oil coming out of new tyres) I took all four wheels of the truck and jet washed them down left them to dry then started the painting! At first the paint went on fine but patchy but I wasn’t worried as I knew a second coat would be needed, this was where the problems started. I left the paint to dry approximately 1:30 minutes before re coating but when I did start re coating the paint the tyre pen was actually pulling off the first coat of paint…I tried different techniques softer,harder and so on but to no avail. After two days of looking at how terrible they had come out I jet washed the paint of with ease! Seller themselves were good, ordered product got a fast efficient delivery but the product for was terrible.
