Invaluable help in understanding the way we think and why we do , thus making one realise that we are not set in stone personalities, and our harmful ways of perceiving reality can be scrutinized and worked on. Depression truly is a self-imposed prison and the book is a dear and intimate companion on the way out. It saved my life. I love you Dorothy Rowe!!!
