I'll use this for life.
I use this for a "clean" vegan protien shake. I add my own flavours or cacao power with a little stivia for a chocolate shake. I add it to porridge for the children to start their day, or add to muffins and cakes. Most protien shake powder have added sweetners and sugars or whey powder which puts me off . This is a staple in my cupboard.
