Great for learners
I switched from a flute with a standard lip plate on the headjoint to this make which is available with both a standard lip plate and a shaped lip plate. I find the shaped lip plate much easier to get a nice, more consistent tone and as such would recommend it for all new starters.

Value for money if you can get it to work.
a switch would be better than essentially undoing it to turn it on/off. I thought both items were faulty but there was a very thin, clear insulating disc inside on the battery to stop connection which had to be removed before it could work. A note about this on the packaging would be desirable - I wonder how many returns the supplier gets?!

Lightweight and very functional
Perfect case for a gigging saxophonist as it has plenty of room for accessories together with back straps and nice cushioned areas where it would rest against your back should you choose to carry it that way. I sometimes take alto and tenor saxes to a gig so being able to pop the alto on my back whilst carrying the tenor plus other kit helps a lot!
