Perfect size and hardness for trigger point release
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very hard ball with a slightly soft matt surface. Because it's not shiny, the ball does not slide away when you use it on the floor for trigger point release. It's heavy and feels solid so there's no possibility that you will crush it. It's the perfect size for my tight muscles and much better than a tennis ball. Recommended!

Good value, simple and functional
Perfectly functional diary which is simple and clearly printed with a layout that we like. You can spend five times more for better quality paper and flashy designs but this one does the job.
