    Items just as designed on the pictures and description box. Quick delivery, the pram was very well packaged and well made overall. The seller responded to all my questions and kept me updated throughout the ordering process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality pram for a good price. I haven’t tried it outdoors yet but looks sturdy and looks like it can handle variety of terrains including off road/forest paths. There are plenty of accessories included!

    Well, The bed was ordered as a Christmas present for my Grandson, unfortunately it arrived damaged, it was too late to return before Christmas but I arranged with the seller to use the damaged part and they would replace it, which they did albeit after Christmas, unfortunately for me and the Seller the replaced meant part had significantly more damage than the part it replaced, so is completely useless, they also offered a derisory £20 refund, which was refused, very disappointed.

    We are disappointed by this negative review, especially as some details were false presented. 1 part of the bed was slightly damaged by DPD (4 cm/1.5"), in a spot completely invisible after assembly. The buyer’s photo exaggerated the damage, making it appear larger. We offered a £20 partial refund (11% of the bed’s value, damages 1%) and informed that is too late for an exchange before Christmas, but the buyer declined and insisted on a replacement, which was unfortunately also damaged by DPD.

    Item arrived on time, properly packed and fortunately it was a perfect fit for our baby pram. Shipping and taxes to EU - Slovenia were higher than the value of the axle pack but it was still worth it, considering I needed to get the pram fixed asap.
