  Ordered 5 boxes of wicks, 1 box was received completely empty. Contacted seller and it took ages for them to respond and when they did pictures needed to be sent of items and packaging. Sent these and again waited. Seller advised they would give a partial refund. Fine. No refund received so again had to message and wait. Refund eventually received.
