Perfect Addition
1 of 1 found this helpful This is exactly like the big name brands. So far, I haven't had any issues with it.

Slick and Handy
Well made, solid as a rock. I already dropped it on concrete and it still works. A couple of things for R&D
1. It would be nice if there was a separate button to enable the ability to click the main button to make it flash. Or just control the flashing from the second button. I doubt I'll ever need it quickly so having another button that will control it would be helpful. With the current setup, I have to poke through each of the different cycles to get to the one I want.
2. When this thing is focused at its smallest beam, I can see the pattern of the LED chip. Sometimes I look at that, instead of what I'm shining it on. Dogs can be trained, I'll get over it.
I enjoy this light a great deal. Can you make a version that is small for a keychain?

Fun and Challenging
It really works! It's fun but I wouldn't say it's for those who are rough. Probably better to fly it outside where it can't bump into things. Instructions need some interpretation so I'll give you some tips:
1. Start with the tail facing you (that's where the battery is inserted and there is a micro tiny on/off switch there that you'll never find if I don't tell you).
2. Instructions say to hole the right toggle down, I discovered that it's the left, not the right.
3. When it syncs with the controller, gently push the toggle forward to elevated the copter
4. If the copter starts moving in any direction, it shouldn't. It should go straight up. This means you need to adjust the Trim buttons that are on the controller until it stays in one place (or close to it).
Have fun from here.
