  The shoes were delivered but we're too small. I apologised and asked for the returns details and promptly posted them tracked. The package was returned to the seller and there was photo evidence. The seller initially ignored my messages when I asked for a refund, then denied they had been delivered- even when presented with the proof. After numerous messages and toing and froing I had to get eBay to step in to resolve the problem. I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the dishonesty.
