Easy to hide if kids does not like any other vitamins in a form of a gummies or tablets . It was difficult to give my daughter any vitamins but as this require small amount only 1ml can be added to many meals and juice . The flavour is not strong so is very easy to hide it . I will stick to this vitamins till she turns 5 :)
