Effective with great value
2 of 2 found this helpful TriOral hydrates wonderfully - much better than just water or sports drinks. I use it by mixing half a packet of powder with some Crystal Light power for flavor and add water. Perfect for after/prior to workouts, if you're sick or if you're hungover. 50 packets lasts a LONG while - great value!
