Get a Charge 5 instead
I was frustrated with the inconsistent readings on my Charge 5 so I bought this to compare, and wore them both for a week.
It is accurate at step counting, and at resting heart rate, but during exercise, heart rate was always 20bpm below the reading on the Charge 5. It also was far less able to automatically detect activity, and was almost infuriatingly unclear about how to manually start timing one.
I liked the nightlong pulse oximeter readings and breathing rates, but that was about the only thing that was better.
