great for drought areas
This is great for lawns that are located in dry areas. reduces my watering needs. I mix this stuff with a granular fertilizer and run it through my fertigation system.

Secoh SLL-40 Pump is Still going strong after 4 years 24/7 operation.
I have the exact same unit which I purchased 4 years ago and it is still operating today after running 24/7 for the last 4 years. The only reason I bought this one is because I was led to believe that it was dying after I noticed no air was being pumped into my septic tank, long story short, it was a partial ice block in the underground lines and not a pump malfunction. Once the ice cleared, the old pump worked just fine.
