Kitchens are incomplete without a copy of Professional Cookery on the shelf.
Very pleased with condition of this textbook as I consider this version the Cookery Bible during my apprenticeship as Chef and was an informative guide following me into adulthood no matter what position pathway I embarked upon.

NUMBER 96 Beginning !
Number 96 is a great Aussie classic and well worth the binge watch and my only criticism is that many episodes were lost and destroyed so these episodes are worth their weight in gold!
