Awesome just for the adventure and DnDbeyond extras
The physical version unlocks a whole set of further adventures on DnDbeyond taking it from a starter adventure to a whole campaign. which is great as it also teaches people how to play as it goes along. The dm screen is a bit flimsy but has good artwork and info on it, and I expect it helps to keep the costs down so low.

Fragile
The rats and the spider minis are of a reasonable size and detail but the rat tails snap off very easily and the bats were broken in the sealed box, they are so flimsy I am not sure if they will even survive painting let alone tabletop use.

Gives great detail.
You do need to try and prop up the edges to get it level for a plaster pour ,as it is pretty flexible. But that flexibility is great when you come to demould your cliffs/rocks, making it really easy. The detail on the finished casts is awesome.
