"Barely OK"
1 of 1 found this helpful Looked good, but didn't make hardly anything for two days. Then it improved. I have no idea why. Still takes a lot longer than it should. I was given a postage paid return authorization, and scheduled a return, but changed my mind and canceled the pickup because it started making enough ice for me. It just wasn't worth going through the hassle involved with the return. I tried to get them to offer to let me return it in a few weeks if it messed up again, but apparently that was not an acceptable option. So, so be it, I will not ever buy from "air n water" again.
