Can't get them to work properly!

I can't get it to take pics at night. In a very high traffic area and come away with no pics.Formatted the SD cards to it and both cameras do the same.Hopefully Moultrie will stand behind their product and take the cameras back.I have other Moultrie cameras and they work fine. Would not recommend the A 300!
