Better than the original,
The plate arrived very rapidly and fitted perfectly. It is much stronger than the original which was fairly thin steel - this is a much thicker steel and will not buckle and bend like the original. First class, highly recommended.

A sound investment.
I have some TTS engines but many 0-4-0 tanks that remain silent. Adding this device to a wagon has meant that now I can have sound on any engine. The sound tube is amazing and increases the volume significantly, although it is not as loud as the TTS chips. I have removed the link to increase the volume and will probably end up adding the addition batteries - the instructions for doing this are very clear and easy to follow.
