Great cooling, and so quiet
If you're building a "stealth" performance PC, whether for gaming or any other purpose, then this cooler is fantastic.
I've paired it with a Fractal Design Define R6 case, and the combination is so quiet that without the glowing led on the power button I struggle to tell if it's on or not!
The auto setting on the fan takes care of the CPU temperature automatically, and minimises the noise levels without the temps getting to any sort of high range.
Some, many, if not all of the listings for this fan only list older Intel CPUs as compatible. I can only assume that someone back in the dim and distant past, before newer chipsets were released, took the copy from the Fractal Design site and everyone else has simply copied it from them ever since!
For the avoidance of doubt, I've got this attached to my i9 on my Gigabyte Aorus Z690M motherboard, and it's great.
