Mooer ge200. Great entry level unit to the world of sound modelling.
The amount of quality sounds packed into this tiny unit is really quite astounding. A lot of the factory presets are, as is usual, pretty awful, but editing and creating your own sounds is a breeze, especially in Mooer's Studio software, which is a doddle to navigate. The expression pedal is, as other reviews have noted, a wee bit clunky but I've never been a huge wah-wah nut and the ability to control other parameters with the pedal is a great feature. It's not a Kemper or AxeFX but it's nowhere near the eye-watering price of those upper end units. As a kicking off point to the world of sound modelling it's a tough one to beat.

Excellent value & does what it does vey well
1 of 1 found this helpful I got the item a day before it was scheduled to arrive - a good start. It was well packaged and I got it set up in about 5 minutes. It was a few days before my singer was in the studio so it just sat there for a while (I'm no singer).
I hadn't tried any of the (generally more expensive ) competitors so I can't really make any comparisons but it is pretty effective at isolating my LDC condenser mic from most background noise -although a massive thunderstorm 50 minutes into the session gave it a bit of a challenge.
All in all I think it's been a good purchase and I look forward to many happy hours in the studio.
