Will hold 18 pounds. Happy with purchase.
It is a great value that offers an alternative carry point. The handle does rotate regardless of the stock pictures shown with the finger groves facing the wrong way. The bend in the bar does clear my scope. I only use it in its non-folded extended configuration. It supports 18 pounds with some deflection.

Volume at a great price point.
If you want something to hold that BMG grizzly bear slayer, this is the coffin case to do it. Long enough so you don't have to break it down, and wide enough to keep the scope attached. It has the egg crate foam to pamper the scope and the depth to hold the bipod and the gun carry handle. You can't keep zombie melee weapons in there, but it will hold the ammo in the free space.
