3 of 3 found this helpful You get what you pay for. This, of course, is not a Littmann, but for $20 it is a good set of ears. You can't hear heart sounds as well as the higher end brands. This seams to be a mimic of the littmann Master, but the diaphragm is a smaller diameter. It is a good buy for $20 vs the Littmann master at $200, but you don't get the quality sound and ear pieces of a higher end brand. Of yeah, The ear pieces begin to hurt after a few hours of use... I recommend putting Littmann ear pieces on it. It helped.
