Runny NiteWhite gel gushes out of syringe
I have ordered this NiteWhite tooth-whitening gel numerous times, and I've always been satisfied. But this time, the runny gel just gushed out of each syringe. No way to stop it from flowing out. It is supposed to come out rather thick and viscose, so that it can be applied in small, controlled "tear drops" to the tray. I am very disappointed. I suspect this defect has something to do with the temperature at which the product was transported. It is useless, and I should get a refund.

Screen lighting is defective
The screen is not bright even though I have the display on 100% bright. There are 5 light points alternating with 4 dark spots along the longer edge of the screen. It's as though there are not enough light points to light up the whole screen adequately. I previously owned the same type of Kindle, which I lost unfortunately. It did not have this problem with it even though it was 7 years old when I lost it.
