There's better options if you need to stretch a lot.
I'd recommend it if you only need to stretch 2 or 3 sizes (maybe 1cm max), but if your foreskin is very tight, do yourself a favour and go get the surgery because you are looking at months, maybe a year+ of work. And with the surgery you only need about 10 days to recover.
One of the signs that you're ready to size up to a bigger ring is the ring popping out on it's own, however when it does this at bigger sizes, the widest part of the ring has a tendency to catch your foreskin and rip a small piece off. And since you now have a wound on your foreskin you can't use the kit until it's fully healed. During this time your foreskin will start shrinking again and you'll get stuck in an infinite loop of the same size ring or smaller.
The design of the ring is great for a compact kit, but bad for it's intended use. The hash 90 degree lip at the top and bottom of the ring (this is the part that attacks your foreskin like a melon baller when the ring pops out) really dig into your foreskin if you use this kit repeatedly, they should be rounder and more donut shaped instead of thin and flat. When you get to the bigger sizes with the frenulum notch is when the ring will really start to dig after prolonged use, and when a ring with a frenulum notch pops out it'll occasionally hook into your frenulum on its way out, which is a weird kind of pain.
The inside of the ring has a 90 degree angle, again with the rough angles, but this time sharp. There's been times when i thought i was stretching too fast because it felt painful, but it was just the back of the ring repeatedly rubbing into my glans and irritating it.
The design also makes it so when your foreskin reaches the size of the ring, it'll start slipping and catch on the lip with the 90 degree angle, barely hanging onto the ring, this adds unnecessary tension to the skin below that the ring doesn't even touch and i've noticed it's gotten dry to the point of flaking a little. I clean my ring daily, wash, moisturize my skin and pre-stretch to my ring size 3 times a day, still this design manages to dry my skin out. I've been on all subreddits and the kits homepage for tips and tricks, I'm not stretching too fast, my skin isn't red or swollen, the design just isn't good when you're getting closer to your next ring size.
A better design would be more hourglass shaped, stretching the skin you want to stretch, but also hanging on to more of the skin behind with a softer, curved angle so it doesn't slip and the thin 90 degree angle melon ball your foreskin. Care less about the compact design and more about the comfort of the product.
Does the product work? Yes, but only if you put in hours of work everyday for months, potentially years.
Again, the recovery time from the surgery is just 10 days.
