They work well
I was skeptical of how good they would be but my i3 Mega is soooo quiet after the upgrade

Poor quality control
Mine arrived with one of the two screws, that go into the rubber pad, cross threaded and jammed so the pad was sitting 3mm clear of the metal and stuck. It had to be torn out and the pad and glued back on instead. The centre nut head that does the sliding is actually slightly taller than the base plate, so once screwed onto a solid flat stock, it is jammed too... this also had to visit my grinder before it could be used. The final result is satisfactory but I had to buy rubber/metal bonding glue and spend time getting it to that point.
