Solid
At the price, delivered, I assumed it would be made of plastic!
But it's a solid metal square. Can't grumble.

Brilliant
Bluer and crisper than the carts my franking machine provider supply at over 10 times the price. And the ink dries better.
They threaten me with warranty invalidation if I use 3rd party carts but I took a punt and thus far have no concerns. The printhead check shows no missing/broken lines.
Save yourselves some money.
